Insurance Terms
What does CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) cover?
CDW limits your financial responsibility for damage to the rental vehicle in case of collision. The standard excess is €300, reducible to €100 or €0 with our premium tiers.
Is theft protection included?
Yes. TP (Theft Protection) is included in all our rentals and covers the vehicle in the event of theft, subject to a similar excess as CDW.
What is NOT covered by insurance?
Damage to tyres, windows, undercarriage, interior, and damage caused by negligence or driving under the influence are not covered. Lost keys and refueling charges are also excluded.
What documents do I need?
A valid driving license (held for at least 2 years), passport or ID, and a credit card in the main driver’s name for the security deposit.
